Perched on the top floor with soaring 20-foot ceilings and panoramic views of Kirkland, this condo had undeniable potential—but its interior felt dated and underutilized. We reimagined the kitchen, doubling its footprint and anchoring the space with a generous island that invites gathering and flow. In the living area, a disjointed layout lacked clarity, so we used strategic furnishings to define zones and restore balance to the room’s focus
