Seattle – Belltown Penthouse

Working in Seattle can be challenging enough, but executing a project on the 26th floor of a downtown condominium presents an entirely different set of complexities. While the original residence offered stunning views of the Seattle skyline, the interior remained rooted in its 1990s design.

A full interior demolition created the opportunity to reimagine the space from the ground up, introducing custom hardwood flooring, a striking fireplace feature wall, and a clean, modern kitchen. The design was then elevated through carefully considered details, including bespoke lighting fixtures and tailored furnishings, resulting in a cohesive and refined living environment that complements the views beyond.
