This unconventional split-level home offered ample space, but its layout didn’t align with how the family actually lived. A full down-to-the-studs renovation created the opportunity to completely reimagine the home’s functionality. The redesign introduced two additional bedrooms, a dedicated laundry room, a media room, and a versatile bonus space with a kitchenette—each thoughtfully tailored to the family’s lifestyle. Dark, contrasting cabinetry, artistic lighting, and playful pops of color bring personality and warmth, creating a space that feels both highly functional and uniquely personal.
